DELIVERY & FOLLOW-UP

Home shipments are made in metropolitan France and internationally within the times indicated when the order is placed by the customer.

The customer is responsible for the information relating to the name and address of the recipient. These particulars must be precise, exact, and complete (including door code and floor) to allow delivery under normal conditions.

FIANÇAILLES À PARIS can in no way be held responsible for a return delivery due to an address error or an impossibility to deliver to the address indicated.

In the event that a delivery address is incomplete or imprecise, FIANÇAILLES À PARIS reserves the right to contact the recipient directly by phone, in order to complete with him the missing delivery information insofar as the telephone number would not be wrong and the available recipient.

Orders indicating a boxed address can not be taken into account and processed.

In case of absence of the recipient or a person who can take possession of the products upon delivery, and to the extent that he will have access to the recipient’s mailbox, the carrier will file a notice of passage inviting the recipient to come remove his product at a post office. As part of a delivery by courier, in case of absence of the recipient, the products will be returned.

In any case, FIANÇAILLES À PARIS can not be held responsible for any deterioration of products due to their late withdrawal from the carrier.

 

DELIVERIES IN METROPOLITAN FRANCE

Shipping costs are offered for all orders to mainland France (including Monaco). This offer is not available for deliveries to Dom Tom and internationally.

FIANÇAILLES À PARIS reserves the right to modify or delete this offer at any time.

All orders placed before 2 pm will be dispatched the same day, except for orders placed on Saturday and Sunday that will be shipped on Monday, as well as orders placed on holidays and will be dispatched the next working day.

Delivery times are the sole responsibility of the carriers and in no case the responsibility of FIANÇAILLES À PARIS could be engaged in case of non-compliance with delivery times.

 

DELIVERIES DOM TOM & INTERNATIONAL

All orders placed before 2 pm will be dispatched the same day, except for orders placed on Saturday and Sunday that will be shipped on Monday, as well as orders placed on holidays and will be dispatched the next working day.

International delivery is by IMX or FedEx Economy, or express delivery by FedEx Priority. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Costs and delays vary by destination.

In any case, it is specified that the deadlines can vary from several days to several weeks, according to the customs passages, which the customer declares to be perfectly informed and recognizes expressly.

Outside the European Union, customs or import taxes may be added to the price of our products and remain the responsibility of the customer. It is therefore the responsibility of the customer to inquire about their amount at their local customs office.
